Ortho 3D-printing resin

Washable resin for LCD 3D printers (photopolymers) was developed specifically for use with LCD displays. It offers significantly higher efficiency than conventional resins because it is better adapted to the light of the LCD displays. This leads to shorter printing times and an optimized printing process.

The resin is compatible not only with LCD printers, but also with DLP and SLA printing technologies, making it a flexible choice for different types of printers. Another highlight is that it can be easily washed after printing, making post-processing more convenient and faster.

Print settings

• Exposure time of the soil layers (4-12 layers) in seconds: 25-40s
• Exposure time of the model layers in seconds: 0.8-6s

Applying

Shake well before use. Avoid using resin in places with a lot of sunlight. DO NOT rinse printed objects under the tap. Please ensure that these chemicals do not enter the environment. Use tubs/containers filled with water. Pour unused resin back into the original resin bottle. Also avoid leaving the resin in the tub for too long without using it, as any resin contamination could affect a future print (without pouring the resin into airtight containers or sealing it with plastic wrap).
